Double Girder Overhead Crane are designed with high configuration, which isdeveloped with advanced design technology referring to European FEM standard. Cranes are mainly made up by main beams, end beams, trolleys, electrical parts and control rooms and other components.
This newly developed overhead crane are with compact layout and modularized structural design allows effective use of the available lifting height and reduce the investment on the steel structure of workshop.

1. Sandblast pretreatment on steel plates and the surface quality reaches Sa2.5;
2. CNC cutting machine cuts webs plate to insure the curved surface is smooth and accurate;
3. Seams are soldered by automatic arc welding and detected by ultrasonic and X-ray ;
4. The structure of girder and trolley is manufactured by floor-type boring lathe to insure flatness.
