With extensive industry experience and specialized crane technology, Santocrane custom cranes can meet the needs of every aspect of the steel and metal production and processing industries. Our custom cranes can be used in harsh conditions and can work well in environments with high temperatures, high levels of dust and high vibration. We can provide the right crane solution for every application in a steel mill. For example, a ladle crane with four crane main girders can handle the ladle safely and efficiently. Double girder overhead cranes are used for the internal delivery of components for casting (such as moulds) and the delivery of castings for further processing. Semi-automatic or fully automatic cranes can be used for special storage and metal products such as coils and bars made of aluminium or other metals.
Composition:
The crane is mainly composed of five parts: main trolley, auxiliary trolley, bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, hook group and electrical control system. The hook group is suspended on the main trolley by the wire rope, the distance between the two plate hooks is fixed, and the ladle is lifted. The two trolleys can be operated separately to complete various lifting operations, and can also be linked to complete ladle overturning, dumping of residual steel, and waste slag operations. The main and auxiliary lifting mechanism adopts stator voltage regulation and speed regulation. The traveling mechanism of the trolley and the crane adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed regulation ratio is 1:10, and the PLC is controlled.
